THE UNEARTHING: 1:1 Sessions

Grace offers specialized support to those who are moving through experiences related to sexual trauma, birth trauma, womb-based imbalances, decolonization & ancestral reclamation, gender identity & expression, chronic stress, and neuro-divergence. All ceremonies are 75 minutes and held in their private studio space in La Jolla, San Diego.

1:1 ceremonia may include:

Body to environment co-regulation through:
- Herbal consultation + recommendations
- Plant medicine + ancestral remembrance
- Sound therapy, vocal reclamation, + drum medicine
Nervous System reprogramming through:
- Kundalini Yoga
- Prānāyāma (breathwork) techniques
Hands on energetic emotional mapping through:
- Usui Reiki (ancient Japanese tradition of healing)

New Clients | 2 sessions over 1 month | $400

Returning Clients | Single session | $170

Weekly Community Care

Grace has over half a decade of experience offering trauma-informed somatic healing practices both in studio and to their local community. Each week, they offer their clients and students space to deepen, process, reflect, and integrate through the practice of yoga.
