Even though I so desire to be a mysterious hooded figure in a bog I suppose I can tell you a little bit about who I am. The tapestry of my bio holds many threads- I have been a hairstylist for the last 12 years. Let’s just say if I was a witch ;) my coven would be, Crown. In 2023, I launched Cailleach Apothecary + Magic, a budding online store focused on small-batch, botanical beauty products through the lens of the wise woman tradition of herbalism and celtic animism.**

I began my studies of facilitatorship in the healing arts because of a lifetime of navigating my highly sensitive body and autoimmunity. Over the years I have held many 1:1 reiki sessions and community-based plant & sound journeys via community gatherings and retreats. I most love to host ceremonies & guiding others to find their own version of what ceremony means to them. May we remember what it means to be in rituals of life as a loving act to slow down time and find our centers so we may see ourselves and thus others clearly. There are multiple lineages and modalities in which I am committed to in practice such as: haircutting, card and akashic record re-witnessing, past life regressions, folk plant journeying and sound bath sessions. I work with folks particularly navigating grief and heartbreak, chronic dis-ease, decolonization->ancestral reclamation work, & those recovering from burnout.
