My name is Grace Marie Abiera (she/they), and I am an herbalist, Reiki Master Teacher, Breathwork Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Birth Doula with over a decade of experience offering somatic healing practices both in studio and to my local community.

I approach healing through the Wise Womxn Tradition and weave the teachings passed down to from my Filipino immigrant upbringing to help humans return to the Earth’s natural laws governing the mind and systems of the body, both energetically and physically. I recognize the path of healing is held in the loving embrace of community and am committed to walking the path of justice and remembrance alongside plants and other humans.

I have over a 1000 hours of training (vinyasa, hatha, yin, pranayama/breathwork, and meditation) and has over a 1000 hours of in-studio teaching experience from Washington D.C., to San Diego, CA.I also designed and launched San Diego’s first and only breathwork focused yoga class at Yoga Deck located in Bankers Hill, SD.

My experience extends beyond the studio, teaching yoga, reiki, and herbalism in spaces for individuals, corporations, festivals, and both domestic retreats throughout California and international retreats in Bali, Indonesia.

I currently create herbal medicine in my apothecary in San Diego, CA.
